Santa’s elves are busy. Ours aren’t. Bike EMS builds your kids’ Christmas bikes the way a pro shop would, then hides them and drives them to your door before Christmas Eve, so nobody finds a giant box in the garage.

The Christmas offer
One flat price per bike, the same pro build we do all year. Add hide-and-deliver to any bike and we keep it hidden at our place, then bring it to your door on the day you pick, no later than 4 pm on Christmas Eve (Dec 24, 2026).

Kids’ bike assembly: $75. Unboxed, built, brakes and gears adjusted, bolts torqued, test ridden.

Multi-speed and adult bikes: $99. Full build and tune, fit to the rider.

Hide-and-deliver: +$35, any bike. We keep the built bike hidden at our place and deliver it on the day you pick, no later than 4 pm on Dec 24.

Gift bow: +$7. A big bow on the handlebars so it's ready for the reveal.
The Christmas package (built + hidden + delivered): $110 for a kids’ bike, $134 for a multi-speed.
How it works

Request your build with the form below and pick your delivery day. We’ll confirm by text and email you a secure Square invoice: a $50 deposit holds your spot, and the balance is due on delivery day.

Drop the bike off, or we pick up the box from you.

We build it in the ambulance workshop, test ride it, tag it with your name and add the bow if you asked for one.

We deliver it in your window, Dec 20 to Dec 24, no later than 4 pm on Christmas Eve. Skipping hide-and-deliver? We hand it back right away.
Why not just build it yourself?
Big-box bikes often arrive with loose bearings, rubbing brakes and gears that skip. Most of what we fix in January is a Christmas bike built in a hurry. We get it right the first time, so the first ride is a good one.
Spots are limited

The fine print

Your spot is held once your $50 deposit is paid. The balance is due on delivery day.

Hide-and-deliver is non-refundable.

Deliveries run Dec 20 to 24 in set windows by area. Your delivery date is flexible and can be rescheduled up until Dec 22. We’ll text to confirm yours.

If parts are missing or damaged in the box, we’ll call you before going further.
